Services include both Clinical Services and Non-Clinical Services provided by or arranged for by Nue Life. Specifically, “Clinical Services” are healthcare services arranged for and provided by clinical provider entities affiliated with Nue Life. “Non-Clinical Services” are technology and wellness services that may complement your Clinical Services but are available to all individuals regardless of their utilization of Clinical Services. Non Clinical Services are provided by Nue Life. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use (“Terms”).

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from your use of Services, and how we use, maintain, protect, and disclose such information. Your access and/or use of the Services signifies that you have read, acknowledged, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Services indicates your assent to the Privacy Policy as posted. For use of Non-Clinical Services, you may disclose personal information regarding your health status or treatment via non Nue Life affiliated provider through the Website. This information may contain sensitive information regarding experiences you encounter outside of your relationship with Us (“Non Clinical Information”)

We may automatically collect certain information resulting from your use of our Services. This information may include the particular pages visited or viewed by you, the amount of time you spent on the Website or application, Website errors experienced, visits to our “FAQ” page, your IP address, your mobile device ID, login details, password, and activity associated with a login session, and the location of your device. • Nue Life’s website and portal are secure and we take appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect the privacy of data

• Nue Life allows it’s clients to reach out to them in multiple ways to request, complain or provide suggestions to our website

Accessing/Deleting your Personal Information

We may not be able to delete your Personal Information without also deleting your account, and we may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

California Residents
Consumers residing in California are afforded certain additional rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). If you are a California resident, this section may apply to you at such time that we become subject to CCPA. At this time, we are not subject to the CCPA.

If you are a California resident, and if the CCPA applies to us, you can make certain requests regarding your personal information. We will fulfill each of these requests to the extent required and permitted by law.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, including a list of categories of your personal information that we have sold and a list of categories of your personal information that we have shared with another company for business purposes.
